It’s run by Entertainment Software Group Ltd under Anjouan license ALSI-192407055-FI3, the same company and license as five other casinos in our list. In July 2026 we deposited $100 in Litecoin, played 200 Zone Poker hands and received $185 in Bitcoin in 18 hours.
Ignition’s site currently offers 150% up to $1,500 for the casino with a crypto deposit, plus a separate poker bonus on the same terms; card deposits get 100% up to $1,000 each. The casino half carries 25x deposit plus bonus, while the poker half is released as you play. Bitcoin withdrawals go up to $90,000 a week. Card deposits cost 15.9% or more, and Delaware, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey and New York are excluded.

UNPACK gives 250% up to $2,500 from a $25 deposit, at 30x deposit plus bonus with a $10 maximum bet, and the bonus itself isn’t cashable. A $10 joining chip is offered too. Uptown Aces doesn’t name its operator or license, and its banking page is inconsistent: it states $5,000 every seven days, but the method table shows lower limits.

SLOTO1MATCH gives 200% up to $2,000 plus 100 spins from a $20 deposit, at 25x deposit plus bonus with a $10 maximum bet, and the bonus is cashable once you finish. It’s the first of five codes worth up to $7,777 plus 300 spins. Deposits start at $5 with Bitcoin Lightning. The weak spot is the ceiling: $5,000 a week and $20,000 a month, and its current license details aren’t clearly published.

SLOTS200 gives 200% up to $2,000 on a first deposit of $100 or more, at 40x the bonus within 14 days, and weekly casino cashback is automatic. The catch is in the payout rules: BUSR’s payout FAQ limits casino winnings to $2,000 every seven days, card deposits trigger a hold before you can withdraw, and the license it mentions can’t be verified.

BETCASINO gives 100% up to $1,000 on each of your first three casino deposits from $25, at 45x deposit plus bonus within 30 days on eligible Betsoft games. 45x is the highest multiplier in our top 10, though the 100% match means less total play than several bigger matches, and you can claim it three times. Bitcoin withdrawals have no stated cap, and Litecoin goes up to $50,000.

A license number is a starting point, not a guarantee. We found a license number for only 10 of the 37 casinos (nine in our reviews, plus Slots.lv’s site footer), so here’s what each jurisdiction actually gives you.
Claimed without a number: Love2Play, BoVegas and Cherry Gold. Casino Extreme shows an application.
Curaçao now licenses operators directly and publishes a license register. Its online portal was shut down after a breach in September 2026, so check the register list rather than relying on a site seal.
Named without a number: Ignition and El Royale. Claimed: BetWhale, Las Atlantis and Slots Empire.
Licenses are numbered ALSI and can be searched on Anjouan Gaming’s register. In April 2026 an official of the Comoros central bank’s financial intelligence unit said the Anjouan authority issues licenses illegally, so treat it as light oversight.
Panama’s board oversees internet gaming at home. We found nothing showing that its licenses cover US players.

Costa Rica has no online gambling regulator, so there’s no gaming authority behind the site.

Not automatically a bad sign: several of these have paid us quickly. But there’s no regulator to escalate to, so keep records and withdraw regularly.

An offshore casino is an online casino run by a company based outside the United States and licensed, if at all, by a foreign authority instead of a US state. You’ll also see them called overseas or international casinos. They accept real-money players from many US states, take crypto and often cards, and pay out mostly in crypto.
The trade-off is simple. You get access in states without licensed online casinos, bigger bonuses and fast crypto withdrawals. You give up a US regulator to complain to, consistent rules and the certainty that a casino will keep serving your state.

No federal law makes it a crime for an individual to place a bet at an offshore casino. The Wire Act, the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) and the Illegal Gambling Business Act all target people in the business of gambling, not players. Since a 2021 federal appeals ruling, which the Justice Department didn’t appeal, the Wire Act has been read as covering sports betting only. UIGEA requires payment systems to identify and block payments to unlawful gambling businesses.
State law is what matters for you. Washington makes sending or receiving gambling information online a class C felony. Louisiana, Utah and Nevada also penalize players, at misdemeanor level. Seven states run legal online casinos: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island. Maine’s online casino law became law in January 2026, but no casino has launched yet. Offshore casinos aren’t licensed in any of them.

For players, that means more pressure on payment routes, casinos pulling out of states (Bovada has left several since 2024, and its terms now exclude 19 states plus DC) and a good reason not to leave a large balance sitting in any offshore account.
Crypto is the fast lane: every payout in our log with a recorded method went to a crypto wallet, and 14 of the 28 arrived within five hours of the request. If you’d rather not use crypto, there are other routes, but expect business days instead of hours.
Ask support for the exact reason: wagering, verification, a weekly limit, a security review or the payment itself. Save the request number, the bonus terms and every chat transcript, and ask for the transaction ID once a crypto payout is sent. If that fails, use the casino’s formal complaint process, then the regulator named in its license, such as the Curaçao Gaming Authority. A US state regulator can’t help with an offshore site, which is why we lean on payout evidence when we rank.

Exclusions come from each casino’s terms as quoted in our reviews: Bovada, Cafe Casino, Ignition, Red Dog, Las Atlantis and BetWhale list excluded states. The others don’t publish a list in our reviews, so check before you sign up.
Gambling winnings are taxable income even if an offshore casino never sends you a Form W-2G. For payments made in 2026, the W-2G reporting threshold rose to $2,000 for slots, bingo and keno, but that threshold is about reporting, not whether you owe tax.
From the 2026 tax year, only 90% of gambling losses can be deducted, capped at your winnings, and only if you itemize. A House committee voted in September 2026 to restore the full deduction, but that isn’t law. Keep a record of deposits, withdrawals and sessions, and check your own position with a tax professional.
