Bovada says crypto withdrawals take about 24 hours to approve, then Bitcoin can take up to 24 hours more to arrive.
We requested $711 by Bitcoin at 9:06 AM on Sunday, October 11, 2026, and it was paid at 1:58 PM the same day (our local time): 4 hours 52 minutes. That’s well inside Bovada’s estimate of about 24 hours to approve a crypto withdrawal plus up to 24 hours to deliver Bitcoin, and far quicker than our earlier $4,500 Bitcoin withdrawal, which took 22 hours. Bovada’s pages differ on timing: its commitments page promises crypto within 24 hours, while another help page says reviews take 24 to 48 hours. Its withdrawal-fees page says it charges no crypto withdrawal fee.

Bovada lists no commission on sports bets and no fee on sports or casino winnings. It earns from the margin built into its odds, the house edge on casino games and, in poker, a rake taken from each pot. On top of that, some banking choices carry fees, and bonuses cost you extra betting. Here’s each one.

Deposit $500 by card and Bovada charges at least $79.50. Withdraw it by Bitcoin and Bovada charges nothing. Total Bovada fees: $79.50 or more, 15.9% or more of the money you moved.
Bovada asks for a Credit Card Verification Form for each card before any withdrawal, Bitcoin included. Wager each deposit once before you withdraw winnings.
Uses Bovada’s deposit-fee, deposit-limit and withdrawal-limit pages: the first card deposit is free and later card deposits cost 15.9% or more depending on the card; gift cards 15.9%; crypto and vouchers no Bovada fee; a check by courier $100 a request, $250 to $3,000; Bitcoin $75 to $9,500 a request; a bank wire $1,500 to $9,500, once every 30 days, with no fee stated. Banks and wallets can add their own charges.
The sportsbook’s cut is hidden in the prices. Pick an example line, or type the two prices from any market in your betslip, to see the margin.
At -110 and -110, the two sides imply chances of 52.4% and 52.4%, 104.8% in total. The extra above 100% is the overround; as a share of all the money bet, it’s the margin: with even money on both sides, the book keeps about $4.55 of every $100 bet. A $100 bet on side A at -110 wins $90.91; at the fair price of +100 it would win more.
Example prices, not Bovada’s live lines. Bovada doesn’t publish its margin, so read the two prices on any market in your betslip and type them in. The margin assumes money is split evenly between the two sides.
Up to $1,000,000 on any single sportsbook payout, parlays included, Bovada says, and no payout goes above that. The racebook cap is $50,000, although Bovada’s horse limits page allows $100,000 a race on Triple Crown races. The minimum sports bet is $0.50. Maximum bets vary by event and bet type: the betslip’s Bet Max button shows yours, and you can ask for more on eligible events.

Will Bovada ban you for winning? It publishes no rule against winners, but its terms let it suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, and its bonus rules say professional players, or anyone it considers to be abusing bonuses, may lose bonuses. Its betting rules also let it refuse or limit any bet without notice. On the other side, its commitments page promises no cancellation of genuine bets because of line errors, including live bets on the top six leagues.

Deposit $100 with the sports welcome bonus and Bovada adds $50, so you play with $150. To withdraw, you need $750 of bets (5x), against $100 if you skip the bonus. Winning bets count the smaller of your stake or your win, and losing bets count in full. Keep each bet at $50 or less while the bonus is active.
Uses Bovada’s bonus pages and general bonus terms: deposits without a bonus must be wagered once; the casino maximum bet is 20% of your deposit and the sports maximum 50% while a bonus is active; most bonuses expire after six months. For the crypto sports bonus, Bovada lists 5x without saying whether the deposit counts, so the calculator shows both.

The verdict: take the sports bonus if you bet regularly, because 5x on deposit plus bonus is light, though it rises to 30x if you play it in the casino. The first crypto casino bonus at 25x is fair for slot players; the second and third at 50x are heavy. Go raw if you want to withdraw soon, play live tables or bet big: without a bonus you only need to wager your deposit once.

Limits and times are from Bovada’s help center. Crypto withdrawals take about 24 hours to approve before those delivery times start. Bovada’s own pages differ in places: one gives Litecoin a $2,500 maximum and another $9,500, and the card-fee page’s summary says 5.9% while its text says 15.9%.
Its withdrawal-methods page lists only crypto and vouchers, while its limits table adds checks, bank wire and MatchPay; Bovada says some options depend on your account status.
Bovada lists no card withdrawal option, so expect crypto, voucher, MatchPay, check or bank wire. Before any withdrawal, Bitcoin included, Bovada asks for a Credit Card Verification Form for each card you’ve deposited with, and its terms say the withdrawal method can depend on how you deposited. Crypto deposits post after zero or one blockchain confirmation (Bovada’s pages say both), card deposits are limited to $20 to $1,500 each, and three failed attempts with one card block that card for 24 hours.
The sportsbook covers US leagues and international sports with live betting, props, parlays of 2 to 16 picks, Same Game Parlays of up to 10 picks, teasers of 2 to 12 lines and round robins. Cash Out works on singles and parlays, before and during games, but not on every event. Parlay Insurance refunds 20% of your stake, up to $100, when a qualifying parlay of four or more legs misses by one leg (each leg -300 or better, combined odds +100 or better), as bonus money with 12x sports wagering.
Do totals include overtime? For football, full-game and second-half bets include overtime and fourth-quarter bets don’t. In hockey, whole-game bets include overtime, except 3-way markets, which settle on regulation time, and third-period bets don’t. Basketball counts overtime except on quarter and first-half markets. Soccer settles on 90 minutes, without extra time or penalties.
Bovada’s pages give over 1,000 and over 470 slots, and elsewhere over 300 slots and classic games, so treat the totals as Bovada’s. Hot Drop Jackpots add three prizes on selected slots: an Hourly jackpot, a Daily jackpot and an Epic progressive. The live casino lists 50 blackjack, 10 VIP blackjack, 19 roulette and 15 baccarat tables, with Gold Tier Games VIP blackjack at table limits up to $50,000. Bovada says its poker room has run since 2004. It has anonymous tables, so other players can’t track you. Zone Poker is the fast-fold game, up to two tables at once with 15 seconds to act; regular cash games allow four tables and tournaments 15. Jackpot Sit & Gos start at small buy-ins (Bovada’s page lists both $0.50 and $2 as the lowest), and Mystery Knockout tournaments split each buy-in between the prize pool and bounties. Rake is 5% up to $4 a pot, Bovada says (one page says $3, and heads-up tables cap at $1), and each $1 of rake earns 15 Rewards Points.
Moving money to poker: Bovada’s help center describes no transfer between the sportsbook, casino and poker room, and your transaction history shows all three on one account. On a computer, poker runs in Bovada’s Windows or macOS client; on a phone or tablet, Bovada says it runs in a mobile poker web app, with no app to download.
Bovada Rewards has 14 levels in six tiers, from Starter to Hall of Fame, and a level you reach is yours for life. Points convert to bonus cash at your tier’s rate. Racebook and parlay bets earn far more than casino play:

Live dealer games, bets with bonus money and pushed bets earn nothing. Bovada’s rewards terms say points expire 12 months after you earn them, while its poker page says they’re removed after 18 months of inactivity.
Bovada has been running since December 2011, Bovada says, and our two Bitcoin payouts both arrived. The weak point is accountability: with no named company and no US regulator, disputes go through Bovada’s own process first; its terms mention arbitration and it promises third-party resolution “when required”, but it names no outside body. Bovada asks you to email [email protected] first, then a supervisor, then its Dispute Resolution Office, within six months of the problem. Bovada.lv or Bovada.com? Bovada’s site and help center are on bovada.lv, and its official emails come from @bovada.lv. Its pages say nothing about bovada.com, so type bovada.lv yourself and treat look-alike links in emails with caution. If you live in a restricted state, don’t use a VPN; Bovada asks existing customers there to contact support to arrange a crypto withdrawal.
Support runs by live chat and email; Bovada publishes no phone number. It says chats are answered within minutes and emails within 48 hours. In our earlier checks, live chat connected in about two minutes and an email reply took more than 24 hours.
