👁️ Transparency Summary

  • We Don’t Sell Data: We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.
  • How We Get Paid: We use “Affiliate Cookies.” If you click a link to a casino, a tracking code tells them we sent you. This is anonymous.
  • Analytics: We use tools (like Google Analytics) to see which pages are popular. This data is aggregated, not individual.
  • Global Rights: Whether you are in the EU (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the right to request data deletion.

1. The “Affiliate Cookie” Explained

CasinoWhizz is free to use because we are supported by casinos. When you click a “Play Now” button, a small file (cookie) is stored on your device for 30-90 days.

What it does: It tells the casino, “CasinoWhizz sent this player.” If you deposit, we get a commission.

What it does NOT do: It does not give us access to your bank details, your password, or your personal identity.

2. Data Collection Points

We collect data in two ways:

  • Passive (Automatic): IP address, device type (Mobile vs Desktop), and browsing location. This helps us show you casinos that are legal in your region.
  • Active (Voluntary): If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address. This is used only to send you the updates you requested.

3. Third-Party Tracking

We may use trusted third-party services to improve the site. These include:

  • Google Analytics 4: To track traffic trends.
  • Cloudflare: To prevent DDoS attacks and speed up the site.

You can opt-out of these trackers by using a browser extension like “uBlock Origin” or adjusting your browser settings.

4. International Data Transfer

CasinoWhizz operates globally. Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence (including the United States and Europe).

By using this site, you acknowledge that international data standards may differ from your local jurisdiction, but we adhere to strict internal security protocols regardless of location.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Under global privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold on you (mostly email).
  • Request full deletion of your data (“Right to be Forgotten”).
  • Opt-out of marketing communications instantly.
