The meat of Wish Granted is the Hold and Win Bonus. You can lock up to 15 symbols into position for a massive cash prize.

Then there’s the Nudging Multiplier Wild Reel on Reel 3 that awards a random multiplier win. Betsoft will release Wish Granted on the 27th of July 2023.

Features and Gameplay

We noticed a few things about the Wish Granted slot. The hit frequency is insane, and we nearly received a payout on every spin.

So, the hit frequency of 71.39% checks out and props there. Our biggest win was $843 in demo mode. Despite that big win, network errors kept on knocking us out of the game.

Not sure if it was a bug on Betsoft’s part or connectivity issues. We’re more inclined to go with the former. Take that into account before you play the slots online for real money.

Before the Hold and Wins Bonus triggers you need 6 or more scatter bonus symbols. You’ll also receive 3 respins and every bonus symbol locks onto the reels.

The bonus round ends when all 15 symbols are on the reels or when you run out of respins.

The Nudging Multiplier Wild Reel only appeared once for us on reel 3, and that was after 60 odd spins.

After 150 spins and persisting network errors, our live demo testing went off the rails. We never had this problem before so that’s something Betsoft will have to look into.

Buy Option

They did not pack in the slot with a feature buy option. Therefore, the only way to trigger a bonus is to do so manually.

It does not make sense to us why they did not include one. Candy Factory has one and it makes the slot more fun to play.

 

Graphics and Sound

Wish Granted looks like a million bucks on PCs and mobile phones. The graphics feature an explosion of colors while the sultan’s castle serves as the backdrop to the reels.

The game loads fast on your phone though network errors may occur. Hopefully, Betsoft will be able to iron out those bugs before the slot goes live.

Payouts, Betting Range, Symbols and Jackpot

The betting range comes in at $0.25 to $80 per spin, therefore, it’s quite wide. We tested the slot at various betting ranges with mixed results. The biggest win of $843 was at $80 per spin.

Based on our own playing experience albeit brief, the payouts for the most part are good. A big win occurs on every 60 to 70 spins making the slot a grind.

The jackpot of 5,000x your stake is not small, if you bet $80 you can as much as $400,000. The premium symbol is the knives, and the low-value symbols are the gems of different shapes and colors.

The wild symbol plays a major role but only lands on reels 2, 3, 4, and 5. Finally, the stacked Mystery Symbol or the magic carpet can replace any symbol.

 

Verdict: Wish Granted Slot

We can forgive one network error but getting it a few times is frustrating. Despite being a medium variance game triggering the Hold and Win feature is a slog. The RTP and the hit frequency of Wish Granted make up for that.

Betsoft gives with one hand and takes it away with the other. We have reason to believe that an average trigger occurs every 70-80 spins.

The upside to that is the payouts in the main game can be spectacular. The little bits of detail give Betsoft’s Wish Granted an identity of its own.
