Take The Bank
“Are you ready for the heist of a lifetime? Welcome to TAKE THE BANK, a fast-paced slot with big, big payouts. Rob the bank and run away with the goods in an exciting adventure with sticky wilds bonus rounds and superb potential!” Betsoft
Take The Bank slots comes in the form of a 5 reel, and 75 paylines mechanic. It is in a similar vein to previous 3D slots, but with a ‘Buy Feature,’ which is the perfect tool for players who want to trigger the Free Spins feature immediately, at a cost. The maximum winning potential (non-progressive jackpot) that you can win on a single spin is 225x your stake ($4,500).
The smallest bet is $0.20 up to a maximum of $20 per spin. Granted, it is not the biggest jackpot we’ve seen since the video slot is towards the low-variance side. Built into its mechanic is a free spins bonus that rewards you with a total of 15 free falls connected to 5, 7, or 10 epic wilds!
Take The Bank has a theoretical return to player percentage of 96.08% or a house advantage of 3.92%. A sprawling city serves as the backdrop for the reels. Symbols on the reels are the Master Bomb Counter, the Robber or Villain Bob, the police car scatter, diamond, gold bars, wads of cash, bank vault, bomb, crowbar, and low-value cards from 9 to Ace. The Diamond is the premium symbol, and 5 of them any position across the reels pays 6x your stake.
The robbers are the wild symbols. They are transformed into wilds on every 10 spins. They also make their presence felt in the Free Spins mode. The wild symbols substitute adjacent symbols, except for the robbers or the police car scatters.
This feature is the business end of the slots because this is where the jackpot of 225x your stake can be won! It can be triggered in the conventional way by waiting for three or more police scatters on reels 2, 3, and 4. Or, you can trigger it with the ‘Buy Feature.’ Once the free spins are played, you’ll get 15 free spins that are connected to 5, 7, and 10 wilds. On each free spin, the wilds shift to any position on the reels.
Subject to your average bet per spin, the Buy Feature acts as follow:
• If your wager is $1 per spin, it will cost you $95 for the maximum 10 wild Bombs.
• If your wager is $5 per spin, you’ll have to fork out $475 for the maximum 10 wild Bombs.
• If your bet is $10 per spin, it will cost you $950 for the maximum 10 wild Bombs.
• If you bet the maximum $20 per spin, you’ll have to bet $1,900 for 10 wild Bombs.
Payouts in the free spins vary from 50x to around 120x your stake. Because it is a low volatility slot game, the recommended bet per spin must be at least $1.
Take The Bank is not Betsoft’s finest because it focuses more on the lighter side of slots play. The jackpot of 225x is encouraging enough for low rollers and those looking for a bit of fun. Regrettably, it won’t rope in the high rollers.
The Buy Feature adds a nice twist but in a more ‘cash and grab’ kinda way. With a pulsating audio track, our first 50 spins were fun; after that, the monotony caught us. If you are looking for something completely diverse, we highly recommend Max Quest: Wrath of Ra.
How Many Special Features Does The Slot Machine Have?
There is only a Free Spins feature that can be activated in two ways. The first is with 3 or more police scatters that award you 15 free falls along with 5, 7, or 10 bomb wilds. You can also use the ‘Buy’ feature if you don’t want to wait for the 3 police car scatters.
Just remember the comfort of this feature comes at a price. Payouts in the free spins vary from 50x your stake to 120x your stake with the odd big win of 40x your stake on a single free spin.
